Is your content writing limited to certain industries?
Our content team is experienced in writing content for a variety of industries and niches. We’re used to adapting and doing our research. So we’re happy to take on content writing for pretty much any industry. If your content is highly technical or specialized, please contact us for approval before ordering.
Do I need to provide keywords and ideas for the content?
Nope. Just send us your desired topics, and any additional information (such as any specifics you’d like us to include). We’ll take care of the rest. Our team is highly skilled in researching keywords and topics for content, and presenting the information in an engaging way.
How many orders can you handle at a time?
We’re committed to creating only the finest quality content, so we prefer not to spread our team too thin. We are, however, willing to scale to match demand if your needs require it. Contact us for bulk orders and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Which content package is right for me?
This depends on the nature of the content you would like us to write. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before you order. It also depends on how much content you want us to put out. Some of our clients want 100 000 words a month (true story). But we can start small and get bigger.
Must I provide affiliate products for review content?
We can curate affiliate products for you if you’d like. But if you would like us to review specific products, please email us with a list that includes the product and a link to it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just send an email to your account manager and we’ll cancel it for you. Otherwise you can cancel it in your Paypal subscriptions.
Our team can upload your content each month for a small additional fee. All you need to do is select the content upload option when you place your order. The additional cost will be automatically added to your order total.
Can I just order a monthly subscription and not worry about my content anymore?
Yes and no. Even on our own sites, we optimize content regularly. It’s an important part of SEO. So, once your posts are ranking we would encourage you to look at the data and optimize some of them accordingly. We can do this too.
If I’m unhappy with the content, will you make changes?
Yes, you can review the content and suggest changes and edits. We will amend the content accordingly. Each package includes a certain number of amendments.
In which format will I receive the content?
We place your content, keywords, and images in a shareable Google Drive folder. We then send you the link via your client status sheet, so you can access and download the content.
All of our writers are native English speakers and each of them has a passion for the written word, as well as SEO. Most of them are based in cost-friendly Cape Town, so we are able to create high-quality content that doesn’t cost you the Earth.
How long will it take for you to write my content?
It depends on the scale of your order and our content queue. Generally, we deliver orders in 4-7 business days. If we run into any obstacles that could cause delays, we’ll notify you.
For monthly content we will deliver it throughout the month and make sure we get it all to you by the end of the month.
Can I order bulk content packages? If so, how?
Yes. You can indicate your desired number of words and the number of pieces when ordering. If you plan on ordering over 10,000 words of content, please contact us via email beforehand.
We have licenses with most of the stock photo sites, but real pictures are a lot better. While we can use ours, we encourage the use of yours. A shared Dropbox or Drive folder could also benefit both parties.
Will I always get the set amount of words?
Just send an email to your account manager and we’ll cancel it for you. Otherwise you can cancel it in your Paypal subscriptions.
