Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need to optimize my pages?
Sometimes, content is written with limited tools, knowledge, and data, which can hinder its performance. We use expertise, data, and specialized tools to establish how your page’s SEO can be improved. We then use our years of experience to optimize it.
How long will it take to see an increase in organic traffic?
Some pages see a fairly rapid increase in organic traffic, but many of them take between a couple of weeks and a few months to reap the rewards.
Will you add any fresh content to my posts?
We usually add at least 50 words of content as part of the optimization process. We add up to 250 words to pages that will benefit from having more content. In some cases, we also add images and links where necessary.
Should I optimize existing pages, or start from scratch with fresh content?
There is certainly a valuable place for new content. But optimizing your existing content, which has already been crawled and is likely already ranking, is more time effective. It also allows you to focus on pages that you know have some traction.
In which format will I receive completed optimizations?
We will send you a Google Drive folder with the updated content, optimized images, and a report. The report will be a spreadsheet with keywords, notes, and a meta description. It will also include a report on how many backlinks Ahrefs estimates the page needs to rank competitively. As well as the ideal word count based on competitors.
Will you upload the optimized pages to my site?
By default, we don’t upload the changes. But if you would like us to, we can implement the changes on your site for a small, additional fee.
Will you implement the changes on my site?
No and yes, we will provide you with access to a Google Drive folder, which includes keyword research, images and an optimized copy of your web page that you can download and update on your site. If you want us to implement the changes on your site there is a small additional fee.
How long will it take for me to receive my optimizations?
Small orders will generally be delivered in 5 – 10 working days, while larger orders can take up to 30 working days. But we’ll send you the optimizations for individual posts and pages as we finish them.
How will I know if the changes were effective?
In order to evaluate the page’s performance, you will need to check on it periodically using Google Search Console.
